How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your Legend subscription:
  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Legend"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund:
  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Legend purchase
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Select "Request a Refund"
Apple will review your request and respond within a few days.
How do I change my motivation style?
To switch between Encouraging and Alpha motivation styles:
  1. Open the Legend app
  2. Tap the profile icon (bottom left)
  3. Tap "Preferences"
  4. Select "Motivation Style"
  5. Choose your preferred style
New quotes will reflect your updated preference.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
If you purchased a subscription and got a new device:
  1. Download Legend on your new device
  2. Complete the onboarding flow
  3. On the subscription screen, tap "Restore Purchases"
  4. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase
Your subscription will be automatically restored.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
Yes! Your Legend subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so you can use it on any device signed in with that Apple ID (iPhone, iPad, etc.).
How do I adjust notification frequency?
To change how often you receive motivational notifications:
  1. Open Legend
  2. Tap the profile icon
  3. Tap "Notifications"
  4. Choose Low (1-2/day), Medium (3-5/day), or High (6-8/day)
You can also completely disable notifications in your iPhone settings.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The Annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the 7 days without being charged. Note: The free trial is available only once per Apple ID.
What's the difference between Encouraging and Alpha styles?
Encouraging: Supportive, warm, and uplifting quotes that build confidence and inspire through positive reinforcement.

Alpha: Direct, no-nonsense, hard-hitting quotes that push you through limits with aggressive motivation and call out excuses.
How do I delete my account and data?
To delete all your data:
  1. Open Legend
  2. Tap profile icon → Settings
  3. Scroll to "Reset Account"
  4. Confirm deletion
Alternatively, deleting the app from your device will remove all locally stored data.

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If issues persist, delete and reinstall Legend from the App Store.

Check Settings → Notifications → Legend and ensure notifications are enabled. Also verify your chosen frequency in the app.

Ensure you have an active internet connection. Close and reopen the app. If the problem persists, contact support.

Subscription Not Active
Try tapping "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. If that doesn't work, check your subscriptions in iPhone Settings.

Ensure you have enough storage space on your device. Try force-closing and reopening the app.
